MEET THE OWNERS
We are Heath and Kara Forge with Alpha-Lit Nashville! We opened in September of 2019. Aside from the business, Kara works as a Maternal/Newborn nurse and Heath is the athletic trainer for all sports at a local high school. In June of 2021, we welcomed our son, Jackson, who is the light of our world. Becoming part of the Alpha-Lit franchise has been so rewarding and has changed our lives for the better!
