Welcome to Alpha-Lit Marquee Letters of East Texas!

We are Dan and Shelley Williams and proudly serve the major cities and small-town communities of beautiful East-Texas! Me and my husband Dan became empty nesters during COVID and began to take scenic road trips. Our travels brought us to the beautiful Piney Woods region where we discovered and fell in love with Lindale, a small East Texas town with the friendliest of folks, located right next to Tyler. With me nearing my ability to retire from Keller ISD, Dan and I made the exciting decision to leave the DFW metroplex and purchased our 20-acre dream property, full of beautiful pine trees, to build our forever home.

Leaving my family and friends behind in Keller meant I needed to locate my next great purpose in life. Because God’s timing is always perfect, I did not question it when my search for marquee letters for my daughter’s baby shower took me to the Alpha-Lit web page and straight to our founder Makenzie Skipper. She inspired me to believe in myself and believe in this adventure of bringing happiness and light to the lives of others for every moment and milestone celebrated and build a business around that principle.
